Deliver instructor-led classroom instruction with hands-on training and coaching Apply ADDIE model for new and refreshed training course/program deliverables and job aids To succeed in the role, the ideal candidate will need to combine practical learning experience and engaging teaching methods to deliver high-quality instruction. We're are in the semi-conductor industry with worldwide demand for computer chips. Our customer needs are critical so the ideal candidate will need to be willing to roll up their sleeves, efficiently prioritize, and deliver quick results. 1-3 years of relevant Instructor Lead Technical Training Experience with Manufacturing Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience Experience in all Microsoft Applications including SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills. Demonstrated use of multiple learning methods and linking appropriate methods with learners and outcomes. Demonstrated ability to assess training effectiveness. Experience collaborating with subject matter experts, global stakeholders, and managers. Willingness to roll up sleeves, tackle diverse and varied problems, and find innovative, scalable solution Experience with e-learning tools such as Camtasia 9, Articulate Storyline 360 and Vyond
