Description

Develop and deliver technical training for internal external trainees. Provide hands-on support and guidance to trainees during laboratory, multi-media, & simulator sessions Provide feedback on training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and technical documentation. Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve skills. Support & maintain lab equipment to provide the highest level of training. Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or educator. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and audiences. Background in Semiconductor hardware maintenance
