In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team in Donauwörth as soon as possible as our new

TECHNICAL INSTRUCTOR (D/F/M)

No one is closer to the customer than we are.
No one is closer to the entire helicopter technology than we are.
We are looking for a technical instructor for civil and military Maintenance Training in Donauwörth.
If you are fascinated by the technology of our helicopters and like to explain technical topics, we would like to welcome you to our international team.
You will conduct complete training courses for internal and external customers. The training courses include a theoretical and a practical part on the aircraft.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree (technical one) with additional experience in production/maintenance of helicopters
  • You have completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic (m/f/d) or in a comparable field of activity
  • You have successfully completed further training to become a master craftsman, technician or in a comparable field of activity. You also have many years of professional experience, e.g. as a TechRep/Technical Expert/Customer Support (m/f/d)
  • You are a licensed Certifying Staff CAT B1 (m/f/d) according to EASA and DEMAR regulations or have any other Military Aircraft Maintenance License
  • You have sound technical knowledge and experience in the field of military and civil aircraft maintenance
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in maintenance of the EC135 and MBB BK117-C2/D2/D3

Responsibilities
  • Course preparation: adapt training courses to customer and aircraft configuration, analysis of learning group, creation of questions for final examination
  • Course accomplishment: structure your lesson (learning target, introduction, summary…), apply modern methodology, carry out exams and assessments
  • Post-processing: improvement of training content, customer satisfaction, documentation of course material
  • Creation and ordering of new training documentation/means
  • Creation and modification of existing training programs
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge and proficiency parallel to course accomplishment; apply adequate time management: gather and analyze technical information, gather and analyze regulatory requirements, continuous training
