Job Description Link Solutions is seeking a Technical Instructor to join our team at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas. Must be a U.S. Citizen Must have DoD Secret Clearance Non-remote (relocation incentive available) The Technical Instructor will be critical in supporting the III Armored Corps (IIIAC) at Fort Hood, Texas. Our Trainer will deliver instruction and hands-on guidance in the use of operational dashboards and custom applications that support mission operations. Your role will help develop critical documentation and education for Government, Military, and Contractor personnel, ensuring efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain instructional content, including instructor-led and computer-based training (CBT) materials, quick reference guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct needs assessments, analyze user roles, and identify skill gaps to inform training content and structure. Track training effectiveness through post-training evaluations, feedback analysis, and learning assessments. Ensure all instructional materials comply with accessibility (Section 508) and Army instructional design standards. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and support teams to remain current on system changes and enhancements. Organize and facilitate live training sessions, webinars, and workshops for system administrators, content managers, and end users. Deliver technical training on topics such as SharePoint administration, web portal management, user access procedures, and new application features. Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security Training, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC) equivalent or higher. Five (5+) years in training development and delivery within a technical or DoD environment. BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field. Experience with instructional systems design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and learning management systems (LMS) Preferred: Active DoD Security Clearance. Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate. Oracle Certified Professional (OCP). ITIL Foundation. Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment. A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
