Location: Onsite, Taipei Taiwan About the Role: The Technical Integration Manager oversees closely collaborating with clients and internal teams on integration projects. This role involves being the go-to technical expert for company products and services. Additionally, it entails leading internal enhancement projects and managing communication among all stakeholders regarding technical matters. Job Responsibilities: Lead and take responsibility for projects by: Defining and managing the project scope. Developing and monitoring the timeline. Estimating required resources and coordinating the team. Identifying and meeting the required quality of deliverables. Applying strong technical skills in developing APIs, running tests, and investigating issues. Reporting on project progress, problems, and solutions to all stakeholders. Engaging with clients online to provide consultancy, offering technical advice and guidance in projects. Collaborating with client-side commercial, technical, development, and project management teams to achieve objectives. Continuously acquiring knowledge about the company's latest technical services and products. Being familiar with all current company regulations related to daily routines. Making proposals to enhance products, programs, and work procedures, and actively participating in implementing those improvements. Carrying out other duties related to this position and meeting the necessary qualifications, as requested by the manager. The Successful Candidate: Higher education in Information Technology/Computer Science/Mathematics or equivalent work experience. Experience in project management and client-facing roles. Technical background (Frontend/Backend developer/Automation QA/other relevant engineering experience). Fluency in English and Mandarin. Capable of leading communication between technical and non-technical person. Proficiency in multitasking and organizational skills. Ability to work well as part of a team and a fast learner. Strong sense of responsibility and proactiveness. Experience in the iGaming industry will be considered an advantage. Interested?
