Mitel is looking for a technical integrator, who will be responsible to perform first level management and maintenance activities, resolving customer reported problems, through configuration changes and/or physical activities.
In addition,he/she will also have to manage continuous technical support situations at the customer’s premises and manage escalation towards Professional Service colleagues for problems that cannot be resolved due to complexity or lack of expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • The position requires presence at the assigned customer’s premises, for the resolution of technical and support issues.
  • It is the entry point for any request that comes from the reference customer. It guarantees the management and maintenance of the systems present at the customer, in accordance with the contract stipulated with the end customer.
  • Also manages relationships with Professional Service Technicians for the management of technical problems in Escalation.
  • On the occasion of activities that require it, carries out interventions in the field possibly supported by Service Partner technicians for activities that require special equipment.
  • It is capable of basic alarm analysis and in the management and setting of the simplest traces for the diagnostics of the supported systems.
  • Performs configuration activities both remotely and at customer sites.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • B driving license
  • Ability to relate to the Customer both verbally and in writing
  • Predisposition for team activities
  • Availability to travel, in Italy
  • Availability to work outside of normal working hours
  • Networking/firewall skills
  • Linux, VmWare, Microsoft Windows/Server skills
  • Experience in VoIP, WiFi is appreciated
  • Use of the main diagnostic tools (WireShark)
  • Management of simple solutions in networking and application

Additional Skills (Advantageous):

  • familiarity with operating in private telephony environments is a preferential evaluation element
  • familiarity with operating cabling is appreciated
