Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting a culture of excellence What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, with a strong track record of leading successful IT projects. Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate team members. Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
