The Technical Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and integration of enterprise applications. • Lead the development and enhancement of business-critical applications.
• Collaborate with Business Solutions Leaders , Product Owners, and Developers to define technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Business Applications Developers, Interns, and other team members.
• Ensure code quality through regular reviews, adherence to best practices, and compliance with architectural standards.
• Support integration efforts across internal and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide long-term solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to tools and processes to enhance efficiency.
