RESPONSIBILITIES: * To collect and analyze user requirements, produce functional and/or system specifications and build or enhance application systems to cope with business needs. * To supervise or coordinate development teams to ensure quality of deliverables. * Participating in development and testing activities, and perform support & maintenance activities. * Collaborating with external parties to complete the project on time and within budget. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines. * 5+ years of solid experience in Java, JMS, Web service, Websphere, Oracle, SQL, MQ, Python, shell scripts, UNIX, AIX. * Experience in interbank clearing system (RTGS, CMU, DvP) are highly preferred. * Familiar with system development life cycle, testing and quality assurance process. * Strong analytical skill, system design experience. * Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills. * Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment. * Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus. * Experience in being a leadership role will be an advantage, candidate with less experience will be considered as Application Development Manager.
