What you will be doing Own technical delivery end to end: You will take responsibility for technical decisions, architecture, implementation quality, and delivery outcomes across client projects. Stay hands-on in the codebase: This is not a pure leadership role. You will actively build software, contribute directly to production code, and help shape solutions from the ground up. Work closely with clients: You will participate in client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and propose pragmatic solutions. Lead with autonomy: You will act as a technical lead in different project settings, guiding engineers, unblocking challenges, and helping the team move quickly and effectively. Balance engineering, architecture, and delivery: Depending on the project and phase, your focus may lean more toward solution architecture, delivery leadership, technical consulting, or hands-on implementation, but always with direct ownership of the technical outcome. Raise the technical bar: You will contribute to code quality, maintainability, documentation, and engineering best practices. Explore modern technologies: You will evaluate and apply new technologies where they create real value, including AI-related use cases when relevant.
