Description:

This is a hybrid role expecting people to be in our down town office 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technology Lead will be responsible for effective software development activities.
  • The Technology Lead will work with technology project managers, developers, business analysts, solution architects, engineering/architecture teams, testing teams, vendors, business teams and delivery teams from various groups within and outside client environment.
  • The position requires a self-starter with strong software development skills, and proven experience delivering complex technology projects.
  • The Technology Lead is responsible for delivery of quality software solutions which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of applications to ensure alignment with IT strategies and adherence to relevant enterprise standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • Prior experience in leading software development
  • Prior experience in leading large initiatives with multichannel, multiplatform, multivendor impact
  • Have provided coaching and guidance to team members and/or may act as a team/project lead in order to foster professional development of the Application Software Development staff.
  • Had led process and application improvement opportunities to improve the reliability and extensibility of the application and to improve the overall Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Had liaised with third party vendors, when appropriate, to ensure that the integration of third party products and existing applications and systems is practical and feasible given the underlining technologies
  • Has led/participated in software development Process Action Teams and contributed to the continuous improvement of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes for the overall effectiveness of the development process
