Role Overview: Chubb is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer for the development of insurance web application and APIs. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance business and the ability to effectively communicate with both onshore and offshore resources in the development of high-quality software solutions. The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, deploy APIs that ensure Chubb's compliance with industry regulations. Position Details Position: Technical Lead Hiring location: Hyderabad, Bangalore Work mode: Hybrid, 3-day work from office Experience: 8 to 12 years Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop web-based applications and APIs using Java, Spring boot technologies. 2. Develop and maintain integrations between web based applications/APIs and other systems using APIs and Service Oriented Architecture. 3. Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand compliance requirements and translate them into functional software specifications. 4. Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure adherence to software development best practices and quality standards. 5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the compliance reporting tools, providing efficient and effective solutions. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to insurance compliance reporting and propose improvements to existing processes and systems. 7.
