MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background as a full stack software engineer with DevOps, Testing and triage experience.
  • Experienced in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, automated software delivery pipelines that support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) in compliance with federal security standards.
  • Ensures security is embedded throughout development lifecycle by integrating static and dynamic code analysis, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks into the build and release process.
  • Expert in configuring and managing CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline), maintaining infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation, and supporting containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience collaborating with developers, security engineers, and the software developers (Design Lead) to automate testing, enforce access controls, monitor system health, and remediate vulnerabilities in accordance with NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP, and OWASP ASVS 4.0.3 requirements.
