Description

Responsibilities Lead the technical implementation and integration of the solution. Oversee engineering practices, including secure coding, code reviews, test automation, and adherence to quality standards. Provide technical leadership to developers and testers on estimation, solution design, defect triage, and root cause analysis. Manage CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and environment setup across development, staging, and production environments. Ensure operational readiness, including observability, error handling, and production incident support, including after-hours support rotation when required. Drive system performance tuning, reliability improvements, and compliance with security standards. Prepare technical documentation and conduct technical walkthroughs for delivery and operational handover. Skills & Competencies Proven experience leading Agile delivery teams for cloud or hybrid solutions. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, and JavaScript. Experience with API and microservices architecture and design. Familiarity with CI/CD tools, automated testing frameworks, and code quality/security tools. Strong troubleshooting skills across application, integration, and infrastructure layers. Good analytical, leadership, interpersonal, and supervisory skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance ERP system implementations. At least 4 years of experience working with the proposed ERP SaaS product. Experience leading at least one finance ERP implementation project of similar scope and complexity as a Technical Lead. Relevant certification in the proposed ERP SaaS product is required.
