Description

Responsibility for the integration of new components and optimization of existing adapters, including monitoring the lifecycle of the technologies and tools used.
Ensuring the stable operation of our platform, including troubleshooting, certificate management, license management, and further development and operation of the associated CI/CD pipeline.
Managing the collaboration with our SaaS provider and ensuring compliance with SLAs, including monitoring, reporting, escalation management, and leading service and operations meetings with a focus on continuous optimization of service quality.
Coordinating cross-functional and cross-company development and service teams, moderating Scrum events, removing obstacles and promoting self-organization within the team to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to agile principles.
