🔹 What you’ll do:• Analyze complex issues across perception, localization, sensor fusion, prediction, planning, and vehicle interfaces• Review architecture, algorithms, code, logs, sensor data, simulations, and vehicle behavior• Develop prototypes and PoCs to validate technical solutions• Lead design reviews, code reviews, architecture discussions, and troubleshooting sessions• Identify technical risks and drive issues toward sustainable solutions• Support integration and release readiness, including KPIs for accuracy, latency, performance, and robustness

• 🔹 What we’re looking for:• Strong hands-on experience in Autonomous Driving / ADAS• Deep understanding of areas such as perception, sensor fusion, SLAM, HD mapping, object detection & tracking, prediction, and motion planning• Experience with production-grade autonomous driving software and system integration• Knowledge of point-cloud processing, trajectory optimization, ML-based perception, transformers, or occupancy networks• Experience with testing and validation in simulation and real vehicles• Excellent English communication skills• Willingness to travel periodically for on-site collaboration and vehicle testing
