POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a mission-aligned Tech Lead/Manager to help build and improve our products. As a hands-on technical leader reporting to the CEO, you’ll play a crucial role in architecting and developing data-driven solutions while leading a distributed engineering team. This position combines technical expertise with leadership skills to drive our technology vision forward.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS or advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong understanding of regulated environments (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST)
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL)
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with Atlassian toolset and Agile development methodologies
• Proven track record managing distributed development teams
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
