In this strategic role, you will drive the evolution, structuring, and delivery of internal platforms used across the organization, while leading a team of experts toward excellence. Your Responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership Evaluate, select, and introduce emerging technologies to enhance internal services. Lead proof‑of‑concept (PoC) initiatives on innovative solutions. Define and promote technical standards, best practices, and guidelines for the Platform & Tooling team. Oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of platforms, tools, and services used by internal teams. 2. Team Leadership Manage, guide, and inspire a diverse team of subject‑matter experts. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and learning‑driven team culture. Drive team performance through clear objectives, constructive feedback, and professional development. Prioritize workloads and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. 3. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, enhancements, and optimizations based on business and strategic needs. Work closely with cross‑functional teams, architects, and Service Owners to ensure seamless service integration and delivery. Build strong relationships with internal customers and collect feedback for continuous improvement. 4. Continuous Improvement Promote automation and self‑service capabilities to enhance internal teams’ productivity. Advocate and implement SRE and GitOps practices across platform teams. Qualifications Your Profile Experience At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead, ideally focused on internal platforms and tooling. Skills Strong understanding of modern technologies and their role in large‑scale public administration environments. Proven leadership experience managing and motivating technical teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Ability to prioritize effectively in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments. Technical Skills Container orchestration (Kubernetes) and container technologies. On‑premises and hybrid cloud architectures. Infrastructure as Code & automation (Terraform, Ansible). GitOps practices and CI/CD platforms (GitLab, ArgoCD, Cycloid). API design and integration. SRE principles and practices. Virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, or equivalent). Infrastructure services (network, storage, compute, databases). Observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace). Security best practices and compliance standards. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of another European language is an asset.
