Job Description A leading international organization in the financial services sector is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to take ownership of a critical production application within the payments domain. This is a strategic role requiring a strong mix of technical leadership, project management, operational oversight, and systems analysis in a complex and high-impact environment. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will: Own and manage the demand pipeline, including both enhancements and corrective changes Oversee production incidents, operational risks, and critical issues, ensuring timely resolution Lead and coordinate technical teams, challenging solutions and ensuring high-quality delivery Define, validate, and drive functional and technical solution design Perform end-to-end systems analysis across processes, integrations, and dependencies Collaborate closely with business users, stakeholders, and external vendors Drive the continuous evolution of the application, focusing on quality, stability, and scalability Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Technical Lead or senior technical role Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or related field Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) Proven experience in project management within complex IT environments Strong expertise in demand management and prioritization Hands-on development experience with: Java Spring / Spring Boot Microservices Flink Hazelcast Schema Registry Experience in a technical leadership role Strong skills in systems analysis Good knowledge of payments, SWIFT, and liquidity management Ability to work effectively in complex, high-pressure, and high-visibility environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset Strong team player with leadership capabilities Additional Information What do we offer?
