REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • Bachelor’s level degree in Electrical
  • 3+ years project engineering experience or related work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication (French and English). The knowledge of the English language, other than the French language is necessary due to contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation;
  • Support development of test plans, test procedures, requirements traceability, test reports;
  • Perform Reliability, Maintainability, Availability Analyses;
  • Experience with selection/design of hardware for the control and monitoring of process plant instrumentation;
  • Working knowledge of power supply technology , grounding architectures and isolation concepts;
  • Experience translating customer requirements into hardware and software specifications;
  • Experience setting up and performing EMC tests in accordance with our internal test procedures and applicable standards;
  • Ability to analyze complex systems, breaking them down into components and understanding their interactions;
  • Ability to rigorously test systems, identify issues, and implement solutions (troubleshooting subassemblies to the component level);
  • Experience with DOORS requirements management software;
  • Collaborating effectively with diverse teams, including engineers, developers, and stakeholders;
  • Some Proficiency in programming languages like Assembler C, C++, for automation and testing.
