Job Title Technical Lead - Taiwan Job Description Summary Technical Lead– Taiwan reporting to the IFM Operations Lead –Taiwan, the position is a based in Taipei, Taiwan and forms a key part of the senior leadership team in Taiwan market. Working closely with and in support of the IFM Taiwan Operations Lead, the personnel will also support and supplement the leadership activities of the IFM business line within Taiwan, including business development, people and performance management, commercial and financial performance and strategic / organizational level development and support. The position supports the wider IFM and GOS business within Taiwan as a trusted adviser, thought leader / subject matter expert and active contributor in the field of operational facilities and workplace management. Job Description About the Role: Operational Compliance & Safety: Ensure on-site teams adhere to all relevant codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and workplace safety. Technical Support & Training: Provide technical guidance and procedural training to coworkers and subcontractors; assist with routine maintenance tasks and respond promptly to emergencies. Business Development & Preventive Maintenance: Support new business initiatives including RFP projects, plan preventive maintenance, monitor critical systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing), and collaborate with vendors for accurate quotations. Client Transition & Vendor Management: Assist with vendor onboarding during client transitions, ensure smooth operational handover, and maintain alignment with operational plans post go-live. Leadership & Relationship Management: Act as a secondary escalation point, conduct periodic account health checks, support in-country peers, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external business units. About You: Education: College Graduate (Engineering i.e., mechanical, or Electrical or any related courses). Experience: At least 10 years of experience in IFM property Management for commercial offices. High IFM and Technical knowledge particularly in equipment’s and engineering (mechanical, electrical and such). Knowledgeable in equipment’s such as genset, UPS, BMS, FDAS, etc. Certification on Safety Training would be an advantage. Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
