As a Technical Lead, you will guide the technical direction of the L2 Infra project, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable infrastructure solutions aligned with project requirements. You will play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and implementing systems that support both MPC and legacy environments while driving innovation and continuous improvement. What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed Lead and mentor administrators and engineers to deliver high‑quality infrastructure solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define technical solutions. Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and efficient systems to support MPC and legacy environments. Implement best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes across the team. Participate in reviews and troubleshooting, resolving technical issues to ensure timely delivery. Champion innovation and continuous improvement in infrastructure engineering. We'd Love to Hear From You If... Experience You have five or more years of system or infrastructure engineering experience. You have a proven track record of technical leadership in infrastructure projects. Technical Expertise You are skilled in virtualization technologies such as VMware. You have strong knowledge of Linux and Windows administration. You are experienced with storage and backup solutions. You have hands‑on expertise with automation tools and infrastructure architecture. You are proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Ways of Working You demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills, guiding teams to success. You collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
