Overview Responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of Java-based software systems and applications. This role involves overseeing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring high-quality code, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives. The Technical Lead will guide a team of developers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable products. Responsibilities Requirements: Must have a strong foundation in Java platform and computer science fundamentals. Strong technical background with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented Agile scrum environment. Experience in designing and documenting software components that meet industry and organizational standards. Ability to develop high-quality software components based on technical requirements and detailed designs. Technical Skills: Proficiency in core web development technologies, including Java 8, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Spring, and Hibernate. Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or similar. Expertise in Linux environments, with hands-on experience in shell scripting for automation and system tasks. Ability to research technical solutions and recommend options with clear reasoning. Qualifications Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation, deployment and maintenance. Good problem solving skills and ability to meet deadlines is a must. Must have a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
