Description
Business Technology Integrators (BTI), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with over 25 years of experience delivering innovative IT solutions to the Federal Government, is seeking a Technical Lead to support DHS US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Responsibilities: The Technical Lead shall ensure that all work performed by the teams complies with technical, security and USCIS IT policy guidelines. Technical Lead shall ensure DevSecOps teams successfully perform the required tasks applying strong understanding and experience that spans Java, CI/CD Jenkins, infrastructure and code automation, Kubernetes, alerting and monitoring tools, application and infrastructure-application logging, security tools, GitHub, code quality tools, secrets management, AWS services suite, etc., Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) framework, Infrastructure, UXD/IXD development methodologies, and Infrastructure Maintenance Operations experience using the tools included in the Development/Test Tool Suite identified previously and passion to embrace and enhance technical landscape. Shall lead the requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of enhancements. Will evaluate technical trends and provide recommendations for technology and architecture to meet business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or substitute additional years of related experience. Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the IT field focusing on development projects, DevSecOps and technical architecture, of which three (3) years shall be in architecture and design of enterprise applications in cloud platforms, preferably in AWS. Must possess expertise in large-scale, high-performance enterprise application deployment and solution architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS. Shall have a strong understanding and work experience in DevSecOps such as but not limited to, Java, CICD Jenkins, infrastructure and code automation, Kubernetes, alerting and monitoring tools, application and infrastructure-application logging, security tools, GitHub, code quality tools, secrets management, AWS services suite, etc., Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) framework, Infrastructure, UXD/IxD development methodologies, and Infrastructure Maintenance Operations experience using the tools included in the Development/Test Tool Suite identified previously and passion to embrace and enhance technical landscape.
