About the Role: The Technical Lead (Tech Lead) is responsible for guiding the technical direction of a software development team. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with leadership and coordination, ensuring that technical decisions align with business goals and architectural standards. The Technical Lead works closely with stakeholders especially; developers, architects, product owners to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. This is a cross-functional leadership role requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on execution excellence, accountability, and results Responsibilities: Lead the design of software solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business requirements. Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, supporting their growth and ensuring consistent coding practices. Own and manage the technical quality of team deliverables, including code reviews, testing standards, and performance optimizations. Act as a bridge between engineering and product, helping translate functional requirements into technical tasks and design choices. Ensure collaboration with infrastructure, architecture, security, and Development Platform (Engineering) team) to ensure system reliability, security, and scalability. Drive continuous improvement in development processes & tooling Help resolve complex technical issues, unblocking the team when challenges arise. Evaluate and drive the introduction of new technologies, tools, or frameworks that support the team’s mission. Ensure that documentation and technical knowledge sharing are in place and up to date. Required skills & Qualifications : Proven experience as a senior software developer or technical lead, with deep hands-on coding skills. Strong proficiency in the team’s core tech stack (.NET, Typescript/JavaScript, Vue.js, Nextjs, React, Next.js). Experience with CMS web-based development (preferably SiteCore) Experience with modern software architecture, including microservices, cloud platforms, and APIs. Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and make sound decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Automated Testing: Strong expertise in implementing and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality, reliability, and continuous integration across development pipelines.
