KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Lead the development of components of the overall app architecture (high level and detailed technical definition and design) ensuring accurate documentation is available to the team
• Use awareness of Agile principles, techniques, and processes and how they fit within the work environment to influence work approach and value creation
• Complete detailed design and functional specification and provide deep technical expertise downstream in build and test.
• Help motivate the team especially when there is pressure to meet targets
• Advise on the consistent use of, and adherence to, operational policies, standards, tools, and processes to ensure consistent application maintenance and fulfilment of regulatory obligations.Use knowledge of business strategy and development to advance technology solutions, assisting our customers and partner organizations
