Opportunities are available for Technical Leads, Team Leads, and Developers who possess strong mainframe and application delivery expertise. These roles will contribute to the ongoing enhancement, support, and integration of critical business systems, working within multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting complex application environments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the successful delivery of system releases and operational outcomes. This is a 12-month full-time contract role based on-site. What You’ll Do Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise mainframe applications and supporting systems Plan, coordinate, test, and deliver complex system releases across development, test, and production environments Provide technical analysis, troubleshooting, and Level 3 support for business-critical applications Support application integration activities and assess impacts to interconnected systems Develop and maintain technical, operational, and procedural documentation Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver reliable and customer-focused ICT solutions Contribute to modernisation initiatives involving legacy and web-based technologies Support continuous improvement activities across application development lifecycle practices Provide technical advice, risk identification, and escalation support relating to application and system issues For leadership roles, mentor and guide development teams, provide technical leadership, and support capability uplift initiatives What You’ll Bring Demonstrated experience across the full application development lifecycle and integrated development environments Strong experience working with enterprise mainframe technologies and programming subsystems such as COBOL, CICS, TSO, QMF, ISPF, JCL, DB2, SQL, EGL, and BIRT Experience with mainframe modernisation practices and tools, including Rocket LegaSuite products Knowledge of web development technologies and interfaces including XML, HTML, JavaScript, .NET, and Sitecore Proven ability to deliver complex application releases and manage deployments across multiple environments Experience developing and maintaining enterprise application codebases and technical documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide high-level technical support Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders and building effective working relationships Ability to provide clear technical advice and communicate risks, issues, and recommendations to management For Technical Lead and Team Lead positions, demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team coordination capabilities A collaborative mindset with a strong focus on service delivery, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement Why You'll Love Working Here: Our company is more than just a workplace, it's a hub of inspiration and creativity where employees love to work!
