Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing technical projects, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge solutions. Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives Manage complex technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members and stakeholders Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to senior management Contribute to the development of technical policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery In-depth technical expertise in relevant fields such as software development, IT infrastructure, or systems engineering Excellent leadership and team management abilities Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation Strategic planning and analytical capabilities Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies Understanding of software development lifecycle and IT infrastructure Relevant technical certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Agile) are a plus Experience working in a multicultural environment is highly desirable Ability to adapt to the unique business landscape of Saudi Arabia Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
