WHO WE ARE

We’re a rapidly growing small business in the drinks industry, specialising in canning and contract manufacturing. As we scale up, we need a hands-on Technical Manager who can drive our technical and quality standards to the next level, ensuring our production remains efficient, compliant, and innovative.

• Lead on SALSA compliance and ensure all technical and quality standards are met
• Manage and develop quality systems to maintain consistency and safety across production
• Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot issues and optimise processes
• Ensure all regulatory and customer requirements are met
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality
• Train and support staff on best practices in food safety and compliance
• Be agile and adaptable, helping the business scale at pace
