Dalkia have an opportunity for a Technical Manager to join our team based at our facilities across the Sizewell site in Leiston.

EXPERIENCE

· Lead and provide guidance on technical facilities maintenance across all sites.
· Audit contracts against KPI’s / SLA’s including statutory compliance, financial and health and safety targets.
· Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with site teams and the client.
· Drive and embed an outstanding compliance and health and safety culture.
· Identify and implement opportunities to deliver contract growth through innovation and different ways of working though gains in efficiencies.
· Provide an innovative approach to efficiency measures / improvements.
· Previous Authorising Engineer or Senior Appointed Person
· Degree qualified desirable or 20 years relative experience

KNOWLEDGE

· Demonstrates a high level of technical knowledge of building services.
· Good understanding of health and safety management
· High level understanding of statutory compliance
· Understanding of financial and commercial contracts
· Good understanding of how to manage projects
· High level understanding of relevant market and industry
· IT literate
