JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Having extensive knowledge in ELV Systems such as:
  • Surveillance System
  • Access Control System
  • Turnstiles and Gate Barrier system
  • ANPR System
  • Signage and LED Wall solution
  • Video Conferencing solution.
  • AV Systems
  • Room Booking System
  • Desk Booking System
  • and other related IT Security Services
  • Gathering complete technical understanding on all Solutions and relevant products from several OEMs from the perspective of solution design, installation, user training and post installation support
  • Supporting Sales team in Site Survey, Requirement Gathering, Solution Design and Misc. document creation.
  • Supporting Sales team in designing BOQ and site POC/Demos.
  • Owning projects handed over by Top management or Sales/Marketing Team after receiving Purchase/Work orders.
  • Understanding Client Expectations, minute details on Solution Proposed, Project Implementation Timelines and other important details for assigned projects
  • Planning Resources for assigned projects.
  • Managing and Motivating team of System Engineer(s) and Field Engineer(s)
  • Maintaining continuous communication with end user/client representatives on project progress on a day to day basis and facilitate detailed coordination between client teams and internal team
  • Maintaining continuous communication to Head of Operations on project progress on a day to day basis. Creating and Submitting detailed MIS Reports.
  • Attending Training Programs from various OEMs and in turn conduct internal training sessions for System and Field Engineer(s)
  • Complete ownership of projects assigned from taking over the project till final execution, handing over, user training and any other related activities.
  • Maintaining installation handover documents including but not limited to installation diagrams, installation report etc.
  • Handing over the project to Post Sales/Support Team after obtaining final completion certificate from client(s).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Experience of 7+ years out of which minimum 2 years in the field of project management.
  • Minimum Qualification- BE (EC)/BE (IT) or equivalent faculties.
