Description

We are currently looking for a Technical Manager to join our Senior Management Team at Mouthfull Trading Company. This is a key role within the company where you will be expected to support the development of the company by managing all technical and quality compliance.

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the company’s operational processes are appropriately controlled and that food safety and quality objectives are met;
  • Maintain and control all factory systems and paperwork;
  • Continual improvement of all processes and systems;
  • Audit compliance with all customer and legal requirements including compliance with internal processes;
  • Working closely with suppliers, employees, customers and regulatory bodies;
  • Vetting to ensure that all aspects of our products meet with current and future regulatory requirements;
  • Maintain and implement all relevant legislation;
  • Monitor KPIs of all departments, constantly recommending areas of improvement;

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • To be educated to a degree level in food science, food technology or related subject or possess technical and quality assurance experience.
  • HAACP Level 4;
  • Food Safety Level 4;
  • Great people skills;
  • Experience with obtaining BRC accreditation is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • SLOUGH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Technical Lead: 2 years (required)
