We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager (Post-Tension) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of post-tension works for various construction projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in post-tension design and execution, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial/lead role.
• Strong knowledge of international design codes (ACI, BS, Eurocodes).
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Lead and manage all technical aspects of post-tensioning works (design & execution).
• Review and approve shop drawings, design calculations, and method statements.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for design and execution issues.
• Ensure that post-tension works comply with international codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources to achieve timely completion.
• Train and mentor engineers and supervisors on post-tension systems and methods.
