Roche Diagnostics is thrilled to offer a superb opportunity for a Technical Manager, Information Solutions, to lead a team supporting our valued customers across the South of the UK.
Based in the South of the UK, you’ll be at the forefront, guiding a regional support group in the support, delivery and maintenance of digital/IT products. The team handles all aspects of customer support—preventative, corrective, modification, and installation service activities. You’ll ensure the ongoing maintenance of IT and digital products and take ownership of technical issues within the Information Solutions area.
Customer and patient centricity is at the heart of everything you do, ensuring seamless end-to-end solution support. You’ll be instrumental in the successful delivery of our exceptional service offerings, driving delivery of software updates and managing operational costs within your team. Collaboration is key! You’ll work closely with peers, Technical Product Managers, Senior Specialists, and Commercial and Marketing teams to deliver truly differentiated customer solutions. A crucial part of your role will be ensuring our Technical Services team is perfectly staffed—the right people in the right place, equipped with outstanding skills, capabilities, and competencies.
We’re looking for someone resilient and tenacious who thrives under pressure and excels as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines. You’ll be insights-driven, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. This role requires you to be based in the South of the UK.
