Job Description Key Responsibilities: Investments management -Identify and implement strategies to support new ranges implementation, streamline production processes and enhancing overall operational efficiency. -Support safety and sustainability agenda. New products development - Conduct cost analysis to determine viable pricing strategies and ensure profitability margins for new product offerings. -Develop and execute robust project plans, ensuring new products are launched on schedule and meet quality standards. Products and process development - Adapt existing products to secure most effective production solutions - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products. - Lead the exploration and adoption of technological advancements, including the integration of new materials, to enhance product performance and competitiveness. - Optimize the selection, maintenance, and utilization of cutting tools, to improve production perfomace - Oversee the planning and execution of equipment upgrades Others -Maintain accurate and up-to-date bills of materials, ensuring all components and raw materials are correctly identified and sourced. - Create and update technical data sheets - Develop clear and concise operational drawings and instructions to guide production teams. -Responsible for the technical Competence Development - To complete the job assigned by General Manager. Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. -Preferably have wooden/ metal or automotive industry working experience. -Proven experience in technical management, product development, and process improvement. -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. -Excellent project management and leadership abilities. -A commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
