Responsibilities

As our Medical Technical Manager, you will:

  • Lead & Manage: Build, mentor, and support a team of medical service technicians to deliver outstanding service.
  • Work Hands-On: Actively participate in troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance alongside your team
  • Optimize Operations: Develop and implement strategies for equipment maintenance, repair, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee regulatory and safety requirements for all medical and rehabilitation equipment.
  • Provide Expert Support: Serve as the go-to contact for complex technical issues, troubleshooting, and escalations.
  • Collaborate: Partner with sales, customer service, and manufacturers to deliver seamless service and product support.
  • Analyze & Improve: Track key performance metrics, streamline processes, and introduce best practices.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to support timely repairs.
  • Train & Educate: Provide training sessions for staff and customers on equipment use, care, and troubleshooting.
