• Oversee and manage all aspects of technical compliance in line with their customers standards.
• Lead audits and maintain up-to-date accreditation.
• Ensure effective implementation of quality and safety systems across the site.
• Develop and maintain the site’s HACCP plan and technical documentation.
• Manage customer and supplier technical relationships.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor the QA/Technical team to ensure consistent performance and development.
