Job Description Lead and oversee technical projects related to Geochemistry, Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), Digital Solutions, and Predictive Modelling, ensuring high-quality project execution and delivery. Provide technical expertise and customer support throughout the project lifecycle, from proposal stage to project completion. Act as the technical specialist for analytical services, including sampling, testing, data interpretation, reporting, troubleshooting, and client advisory services. Lead field operations, support laboratory activities, and collaborate with other business lines to deliver integrated solutions. Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders. Develop the technical capabilities of laboratory and field personnel through coaching, training, and competency development initiatives. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of laboratory and field data, reports, and technical deliverables. Manage laboratory and field equipment, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and recommendations for new equipment and resources. Develop, review, and maintain technical procedures, SOPs, and training materials to support operational excellence. Ensure compliance with SGS policies, quality standards, HSE requirements, regulatory obligations, and applicable management systems. Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field from a recognized university, Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in well site analysis, laboratory services, preferably with some supervisory or management experience.
