QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Tertiary qualification in Dairy Science or related field.
• Ideally,10+ years in dairy manufacturing; 5+ years in R&D or technical roles.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

• Deep knowledge of dairy product manufacturing, especially powders and cream cheese.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Expertise in chemical and microbiological data interpretation.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and strategic delivery.
• Commercial acumen and experience supporting sales growth.
• Understanding of international trade and tariff arrangements.
