Purpose: As a member of Technical Operations, you’ll be part of the Kitchen Leadership Team, supporting the Kitchen in delivering top-notch food safety standards and process control to achieve the Britain’s Best Kitchen strategy.

• Verification Master: Ensure all verification schedules are delivered.
• Allergen Expert: Action the outputs of Allergen Risk Assessments.
• System Maintainer: Keep systems in check to enable ISO Accreditation.
• Safety Leader: Lead the site Food Safety Team, promoting safe food at all times.
