REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil /Structural engineering, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in a technical role within the construction industry (Industrial projects are advantage).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest construction technologies and trends.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software and practices.
