We are seeking a qualified Technical Manager with the following profile:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a Technical Manager role
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong background in steel structures for industrial, warehouse, residential, and mixed-use projects
• Proven experience with Abu Dhabi authority submissions (ADM, ADCD, Estidama, ADDC, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of BIM coordination and workflows
• Capable of leading technical coordination and managing design consultants and subcontractors
• Able to support procurement in preparing technical bid packages
• Experience working closely with planning and QS teams on programmes and quantity verification
• Skilled in handling multiple projects at the same time within a design and build environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED25,000.00 per mont
