Description:
Lead , Train , and Manage A Team of Technical Professionals - ( Project & Systems Engineers ).
Project Management , System Commissioning , Technical Support , and Pre-Sales to Satisfy Customer’s Requirement and Achieve Company’s Objectives.
Participate In Tender Bidding to Secure New Projects;
To Evaluate New Products/System/Equipment Model to Assess its Suitability and Service Packages for Promotion to Customers.
To Monitor Performance of Sub-Contractors Control Procedure Stipulated In ISO9002 Procedure
Conduct Performance Evaluations , Set Goals and Provide Feedback to Team Member to Enhance their Performance and Career Development.
Ensure Systems and Processes Comply with Workplace Safety and Health Regulatory Requirements.
Ensure that Customer Quality Specifications are Constantly Met.
