They are seeking a highly skilled and detailed orientated Technical Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Technical you will oversee all technical aspects of food production and compliance.

· Oversee all technical aspects of factory production, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, legal standards, and customer requirements.
· Lead and manage the technical team, including training, audits, and fostering a strong culture of food safety, quality, and integrity.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD, Operations, Sales, and other technical functions to deliver continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships through site visits, audits, and regular communication.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site and technical department, promoting best practices and staff engagement.
