We are looking for a seasoned Technical Manager – Joinery / Woodwork Factory to oversee technical coordination, production accuracy, and quality across all factory operations. This is a senior technical leadership role suited for professionals with deep expertise in joinery engineering, production workflows, and team management. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex technical operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities – Technical Manager (Joinery / Woodwork) Lead, review, and approve shop drawings, cutting lists, and material schedules. Ensure all technical deliverables comply with project specifications and quality standards. Coordinate closely with design, production, procurement, and project teams to ensure seamless execution. Support factory production by resolving technical challenges and ensuring correct fabrication methods. Oversee quality control across all stages: cutting, assembly, finishing, and packing. Manage material selection and optimize production processes to minimize waste. Supervise, mentor, and develop the technical team, including draftsmen, engineers, and CNC programmers. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in joinery or woodwork manufacturing, including managerial responsibilities. Strong technical knowledge of woodwork fabrication techniques, materials, and finishing systems. High proficiency in AutoCAD and woodworking software; CNC programming knowledge is a strong advantage. Proven leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills. Nationality requirement: Lebanese or Syrian.
