We’re Hiring: Technical Office Manager (Architectural) Work Location: Sheikh Zayed Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM | 10 AM – 6 PM Experience Required: +15 years Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Office Manager (Architectural Engineer) with strong leadership and technical expertise to manage and lead all architectural technical office activities. The ideal candidate must also have the flexibility and willingness to travel and work outside Egypt when required. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the architectural technical office team. Review, approve, and coordinate architectural shop drawings and execution details. Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site engineers. Provide technical support to site teams and resolve design and execution issues. Ensure compliance with approved specifications, drawings, and contract requirements. Participate in project planning and value engineering activities. Monitor technical office deliverables and ensure adherence to project schedules. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. 15–20 years of experience in technical office work. Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within a technical office. Strong background in architectural projects (residential, commercial, or administrative). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office. Willingness to travel and work outside Egypt when required.
