Description

This role will be responsible to : 1. Assist in the preparation of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation 2. Conduct site inspections and prepare comprehensive reports on the progress and quality of construction work 3. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met 4. Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, including troubleshooting and problem-solving 5. Participate in the development and implementation of project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans 6. Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards 7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and procedures. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Technical Officer or in a similar technical role Strong working knowledge of Mechanical and HVAC engineering principles, construction methods, and project management techniques Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, BIM software, and other engineering design tools Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards Airport experience can be added advantage
