Opportunity to work on diverse projects including wind, solar, battery storage, pumped hydro and utilities works (transmission and distribution substations, switchyards and lines) for a broad range of clients. You will work with and actively contribute to an effective and experienced team who will help you further develop your skills and knowledge. You have a experience in the following areas: * Good working knowledge with 2D or 3D CAD software (Autodesk / Inventor / Microstation / Solidworks / other). * Minimum 1 year experience. * Certificate IV in Engineering Drafting or equivalent (or higher) * Previous experience in an engineering design consultancy environment preferred. * Previous experience working on electrical utility projects. * Experience in some of the following: * Primary Electrical layout design (substations and switchyards) * 2D Civil foundation design and detailing * 2D Structural design and detailing * Electrical layout drawings * Electrical single line drawings * 3D modelling of foundations, equipment or structures. * Working with engineering direction to generate design concepts and drawings Depending on your experience we may be able to support hybrid/ work from home (WFH)/ remote work conditions if you don't live in Hobart Tasmania and wish to remain in your home state or wish to work part-time.
