Description

Responsibilities Support the development of smart engineering projects by applying data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning technologies Support the collection, processing, and review of engineering data to improve asset reliability and performance optimization Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify key performance indicators, collect data, and analyze it to gain insights into system performance Assist in developing dashboards and reports to automize visualization of engineering data, equipment conditions and performance trends Support monitoring of project progress, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and handling technical and site issues Actively exploring and applying emerging technologies to enhance engineering efficiency and reliability Requirements Degree/ Higher Diploma in Engineering, Computer, IT or Data Science A minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role Solid knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, SQL, C++) is preferred. Familiarity with user-centered design principles would be an advantage Understanding the latest smart technologies in engineering, including cloud platforms e.g. AWS and artificial intelligence, is a plus Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Positive attitude, self-motivated and innovative with a strong commitment to teamwork Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
