Technical Officer/Senior Technical Officer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience with security systems, including Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of IT, networking, and server management is an added advantage.

• Execute service and maintenance workflows efficiently and effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact with client representatives, addressing all service and maintenance-related issues.
• Mentor and guide a team of service technicians, ensuring high performance and professional development.
• Assist the supervisor in coordinating service teams, delegating responsibilities, and overseeing service deliveries.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions, ensuring expectations are met and optimal results are achieved.
• Support the supervisor in ensuring the timely troubleshooting, service, and maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Understand each client’s business, organization, and objectives to deliver tailored customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform other technical tasks as required.
